Instructions

This tool helps you identify accounts you're following on Instagram that are not following you back. Follow the steps below to get started:

1. Download your following and followers list from Instagram:
   • Go to your Instagram profile.
   • Click on the "Settings" menu, then select "Privacy and Security".
   • Under "Data Download", click "Request Download".
   • Instagram will email you a link to download your data. Extract the ZIP file you receive.
   • Inside the extracted folder, find the files following.txt and followers.txt.
2. Upload the Following File and the Followers File below.
3. Click the Compare button to see who's not following you back.
